Being that we live several hours apart, we had no idea where to hold this photo shoot. So, we literally drew a line from our houses, by way of the crow flies, and settled in on a place right smack dab in the middle: Chester-Blandford State Forest. With a gorgeous sunset amid the rich green pines, it was exactly what we wanted. It is never the place, it is the people. The session was made perfect by their willingness to wander around with me and patiently wait while I hunted good light. They were game for anything. These people, whom I love like no other, are the stuff of dreams.
A few favorites…
Not surprisingly, someone stole the show!
This masterpiece of a flower crown was made by The Posie Peddler, to whom I gave no direction, only mentioned the color of Isabella’s dress. They ran with it and it turned out so beautiful…
And some fun in the sunset, because…why not?
