I begin this post acknowledging I’ll be teary eyed by the end, because it is truly rare you meet people like Paige and Anthony. Besides their kindness, generosity and beauty, they are exceptional humans. They smile warmly and hug you every single time they see you. They make sure everyone in their orbit is taken care of before them. From a wedding photography standpoint, they are a dream. It amazed even me the trust they placed on my shutter fingers. They had no special requests. They told me to just do what I do. That kind of trust is basically unheard of in my line of work, where Pinterest poses and wedding inspiration boards filter through my inbox like the beat of a steady drum. And while I’m happy to deliver whatever my client’s dream up, when a couple gives carte blanche? Well, that just speaks to my soul. Paige and Anthony wanted a true record of everything that unfolded during their unique day, which is exceptionally more beautiful than something copied from someplace else.<\/p>\n

There was certainly no shortage of genuine and gorgeous moments. There was dancing and crying, belly laughs, meaningful embraces…and that was before we even left for the ceremony! I felt as if we were floating through the day, capturing the love and connection between families and friends.<\/p>\n

No requests, just told to document.<\/p>\n

The energy and positivity that radiated from this wonderful group of ladies was totally infectious. The morning with them was amazing…<\/p>\n

You could hear a pin drop when Paige read Anthony’s letter to her before the ceremony…<\/p>\n

We deliver a ton of images in every wedding gallery. Couple’s who hire us like that we shoot everything (except eating, come on, even WE draw the line!). Many of the photos are little moments that aren’t that hugely meaningful in the big scheme of things, but they’re still fun to have. While I was taking a cute pic of Paige getting lipstick applied, I had NO IDEA that Peter was also taking a shot of the best man putting Chapstick on Anthony in a totally different location. I absolutely cackled when I went through the second shooter pictures and saw this!<\/p>\n

If there is one word I would use to describe Paige and Anthony when they are in each other’s arms, it is sweet. They are just the sweetest people who are so tender…<\/p>\n

When the dad grabbed his daughter’s veil…I DIED…<\/p>\n
